Gold Medal Moments

Olympians are gathering and hope to display their personal best in the coming days.
  • Think back over your life or career and identify a moment when everything that is great about you was operating in high gear and you displayed your personal best. Record brief notes in your journal.
  • Be ready to share your Gold Medal Moment with your team in as much vivid detail as you can remember. Describe the colors and sounds. Describe how you felt and reacted to the moment.

What similarities are you observing in your Gold Medal Moments? What might your team's Olympic event be titled?
