      • Unit Plan Elements -Our Brainstorming

Unit Plan Overview and Support Protocol

  • Think about your unit plan. Prepare to give a brief (2-3 minute) snapshot overview of your project to a small group. You may use note cards and/or simply add your "Stars and a Wish" on the Unit Plan Snapshots Google doc.
Picture
Stars: aspect(s) of your plan you're most excited about
Picture
Wish: "stuck" area of need where you might like some additional ideas and/or support (This will be discussion focus in small groups.)

  • "Individuals or groups working together can usually produce better work than individuals or groups working in isolation (“none of us is as smart as all of us”).
  • There is no piece of work that with more time, thought and effort couldn’t be improved (“with learning there is no finish line”). "   Excerpt taken from The Charrette Protocol by Kathy Juarez.
